Once the onboarding process is complete, it’s time to take action. From day one, you’ll have my full support throughout your journey. I’ll be available to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep you on track—no question is too small.
Your coaching experience includes daily check-ins, form feedback, nutrition tracking, monthly coaching calls, and much more. My goal is to make sure you feel educated, and empowered every step of the way.
